Overview Dashboard [v26.1]
The Overview tab displays key metrics through interactive KPI cards and visual progress charts that help you quickly identify what needs attention and track the overall status of the reconciliation process.
The page contains two main sections:
- KPI Cards - Four cards at the top showing your personal reconciliation tasks.
- Progress Charts - Visual representations of reconciliation status across different views
All elements on the dashboard are interactive and clickable, allowing you to drill down into specific reconciliations directly from the dashboard view.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Cards
The dashboard header section contains the following KPI cards providing real-time operational metrics:
Click any KPI card to navigate to the Reconciliations module with filters automatically applied to display only the relevant reconciliations for that metric.
The dashboard automatically updates in real-time as tasks are completed or modified elsewhere in the system.
The following table describes each KPI card and its purpose:

My Reconciliations Not Started |
Displays the count of reconciliations assigned to you that have not yet been initiated, helping prioritize which accounts need immediate attention to meet close deadlines. |

My Reconciliations In Progress |
Shows the number of reconciliations currently being worked on by you, providing visibility into your active workload, and helping track completion progress. |

Requires My Review |
Indicates the count of reconciliations awaiting your review, ensuring timely evaluation of completed work before final approval. |

Requires My Approval |
Displays reconciliations pending your final approval, enabling quick identification of items ready for sign-off to maintain workflow momentum. |
Reconciliation Progress Charts
Below the KPI cards, the dashboard displays progress charts showing reconciliation status across different views, with percentage indicators showing completion progress:
- Total Reconciliations: Displays the overall status of all reconciliations in the current period, broken down by workflow stage.
- Anyone Reconciliations: Displays the status of reconciliations where assignee is set to "Anyone" (reconciliations that can be completed by any user)
- My Reconciliations: Displays the status of reconciliations where you are assigned in any role (preparer, reviewer, or approver)
The bar chart uses color-coded segments to show the current state of all tasks:
- Not Started (Grey) - indicates tasks that are not started.
- In Progress (Navy Blue) - indicates tasks that are in progress
- Review (Peach/Pale Orange) - indicates tasks pending for review.
- Pending Approval (Orange) indicates tasks pending for approval.
- Approved (Green) - indicates approved and completed tasks.
Each progress bar is interactive.
- Hover on any bar segment, to view the tooltip with detailed statistics for that status category.
- Click any stage within the progress chart to navigate to the Reconciliations module with filters applied to show only reconciliations in that specific stage.
