Log in to Account Reconciliation
This article provides instructions for accessing Account Reconciliation and logging in to the application.
Note: Account Reconciliation is a cloud-based SaaS platform, so there is no installation required.
Users can access Account Reconciliation through web browser and complete the log in process.
Access Account Reconciliation application
Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
Enter your organization's URL: https://reconcile.justperform.com/
Press Enter.
The log in screen displays.
Logging in to Account Reconciliation
Account Reconciliation supports two authentication methods. Your administrator will inform you which method to use:
Single Sign-On (SSO) - If your organization uses SSO
Account Reconciliation Credentials - Standard username and password
Using Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization uses SSO, you will see a Sign in with SSO button on the log in screen.
Click Sign in with SSO.
Enter your organization domain if prompted.
Log in with your corporate credentials.
Complete your organization's authentication requirements.
Using Account Reconciliation Credentials
If your organization uses standard Account Reconciliation authentication, follow these steps to log in.
On the login screen, Enter your Email address.
Click Continue.

Complete two-factor authentication if prompted:
Click Send verification code.
Check your email for the 6-digit code.
Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify.
Upon successful verification, you will be directed to the Account Reconciliation Dashboard.
First-Time Login with Temporary Password
When logging in for the first time:
Log in with the temporary password from your administrator.
Create a new password when prompted:
Click Update Password.
