This documentation covers JustPerform Account Reconciliation for Free (Starter) license users.
Free License account is a free-to-use version of JustPerform Account Reconciliation with a limited set of functionality and minimal onboarding requirements.
Free License account provides core reconciliation functionality for small teams with up to 20 reconciliations per period. It includes the same intuitive interface and workflow capabilities as Enterprise, with the primary difference being how data enters the system. Instead of automatic ERP integration, Free License users manually enter GL account information and GL transactions through the application interface or bulk upload.
Free License account provides access to all core modules:
Dashboard: Monitor reconciliation progress with KPI cards and progress charts
Reconciliations: Complete account reconciliations with AI-powered transaction matching
Files: Upload and manage supporting documents including bank statements
Checklists: Track period-end tasks and close activities
Administration: Manage accounts, users, and system settings
Free License Account Limitations
Free License account has the following limitations compared to Professional and Enterprise licenses:
Manual GL Data Entry: Enter GL Balance and GL Lines manually or through template import.
Reconciliation Limit: Maximum of 20 reconciliations per period. If you attempt to enable more than 20 accounts, the system displays a message prompting you to upgrade.
No ERP Integration: GL Account data, GL balances, and GL transactions must be entered manually or through bulk upload.
Single Currency Only: The legal entity currency and bank account currency (support source) must be the same. Multi-currency reconciliations and exchange rate functionality are not available.
