Free License -Managing Integrations

Note: ERP integrations are not available in Free License accounts.

In Enterprise license version, the Integrations tab configures and monitors connections with external systems including ERP platforms, banking systems, and file storage services. Data from integrated systems synchronizes to Account Reconciliation, including account master data, GL transaction data, bank account information, and FX rates.

Access the Integrations Tab

To access the Integrations tab:

  1. Navigate to the Administration module.

  2. Click the Integrations tab.

The Integration tab displays the following message:

Upgrade to Enable ERP Integrations

ERP integrations are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Upgrade now to connect your data sources.

To enable ERP integrations:

  1. Click Upgrade Now on the Integrations tab to know more details.

  2. Contact your administrator or insightsoftware account representative.

Your existing data and configurations transfer to the upgraded license.

When you upgrade to Professional or Enterprise, integrations provide:

Pull GL balances and transaction details directly from source systems.

Connect bank feeds for automatic statement retrieval.

FX Rates

Import exchange rates for multi-currency reconciliations.
