Account Reconciliation Application License Types
JustPerform Account Reconciliation is available in three license types designed to meet the needs of organizations at different stages of their reconciliation journey. This article explains the differences between license types and helps you determine which option best fits your requirements.
Account Reconciliation offers three distinct license options:
Free License (Starter) is a free version designed for small teams or organizations evaluating the platform. It provides core reconciliation functionality with a limit of 20 reconciliations per period and supports single-currency accounts only. Free License requires manual data entry instead of ERP integration, with users entering account information and GL transactions through individual entry or bulk upload via templates. Bank statement data is uploaded through files (Excel, CSV, or PDF). Pre-created periods are available including current and previous periods.
Enterprise License is the comprehensive solution for large organizations requiring unlimited reconciliations, full ERP integration, and complete platform capabilities. It includes multi-currency support and no restrictions on features or usage.
The primary difference between these license types is how data enters the system.
Free License users manually enter account information and GL transactions. The application provides tools for individual entry and bulk upload via templates. Bank statement data is still uploaded through files (Excel, CSV, or PDF).
Enterprise license users receive account and GL data automatically through ERP integration. The system synchronizes with connected financial systems, eliminating manual data entry for GL information.
